Return & Cancellation Policy – Vandee
Returns
At Vandee, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Certain items such as personalized, customized, innerwear, or clearance products may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
- After the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- If prepaid orders are cancelled successfully, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
