Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 7–8 working days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a COD fee of ₹49.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • An unboxing video (recommended)

Currently, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
