Return & Exchange Policy

At VANDEE, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a request.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are allowed for defective products, size changes, or color/product variations.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for a return.

  • An order that has been EXCHANGED cannot be RETURNED.

  • If an order contains multiple items and a return request is placed, a single deduction of ₹0 will be applied for the entire order. However, if multiple return requests are submitted separately, a ₹150 deduction will apply to each request.

  • Socks are not eligible for return or exchange due to strict hygiene standards.

  • If the product image you provide is not clear or proper, your return request may be rejected.

  • Combo offers or promotional purchases are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged.

  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you must courier the product to our office address. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • No return shipping cost – we provide a free exchange once per order.

  • An order that has been EXCHANGED cannot be RETURNED.

  • If you wish to exchange your order for a higher value product, we will share a UPI/payment link for the balance amount.

  • We will initiate EXCHANGE only after receiving the product and verifying its condition.

  • Once the product passes our quality check, the payment will be initiated.

  • Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping – Once we receive the request, we will initiate the reverse pickup or request you to courier it if your PIN code is non-serviceable. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Process for Initiating Return/Exchange on Portal

  1. Click on the return/exchange link provided below and fill in the required details.

  2. For Order ID, refer to your order confirmation email/WhatsApp message or log in to your account at MyVandee.com.

  3. Upload one image of the product with tags visible, along with the cloth bag and the box

    • If the image is not clear or proper, your request may be rejected.

  4. Once your request is approved, the order items will be picked up from your doorstep within 3-4 days by our courier partners (Bluedart/Delhivery/DTDC/Ecom).

  5. Ensure all necessary details are included in the return package as mentioned in the Return/Exchange Conditions to facilitate faster exchange/refund once the package reaches our warehouse.

  6. Once picked up, your order will reach our warehouse in 4-7 days. Quality Check (QC) will be completed within 3 days.

  7. After passing QC, we will initiate the refund for the returned order.

Refund Timeline

  • Total time from reverse pickup to refund: 7-10 days

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited directly to the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 4-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

  • For COD Orders: The refund will be processed via Razorpay payout link. Customers need to fill in their details through the link to receive the refund. Depending on the customer's bank, it may take 4-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the account.
